Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa

We had a bumper crop of tomatillos this season, so we thought we'd try something new! Chipotle tomatillo salsa is a blend of garlic, onion, tomatillos and chipotle peppers. Slightly sweet and citrusy with just a touch of heat, it'll go great with some fresh tortilla chips and an icy margarita.
